I was proud of my self-management skills in Approaches to Learning Skills. In this
semester, I completed all of the works before my class dead line ended and I used time
effectively. I also came to every class with my completed homework.
What is one LP attribute or ATL skill that you would like to focus on
for improvement? Explain using a specific example.
The skill that I would like to focus on for improve is balanced skill in IB Learner
Profile. Sometimes I unbalanced with my life this year. I didnt exercise or sleep enough
and also didnt eat well because of private educational institute, tasks and sleeping late,
woke up late. I did study well and played well, but his could sat I wasnt really balanced.
It makes myself stressful.

My goal was achieved well. Last semester, before I set the goal, I passed some of
the deadlines for upload my works, but this semester I uploaded all of the files before
my deadline passed. I cared carefully about this during this semester, and it achieved
well.
Do you want or need to set a new SMART goal, or are you going to
continue to work towards the same goal? Explain.
I already achieved well for my last semester goal, so I want to make a new one.
Surely I will continue to work for last semester SMART goal for keeping my
management skill well, but I want to challenge on the other one.

How will you make sure you are making progress towards your goal?
I could check to make sure am I making progress towards my goal. I could check my
mental state, body condition, feeling and etc. I could also check my diaries or schedules
what I mentioned on measurable of SMART goal.
