Moveable Antifreeze waste depository shed
‘The Native Village of Eyak (Tribe) is soliciting proposals for the design and construction of a
‘movable antifreeze waste depository shed. Proposals must be received by the Native Village
of Eyak at the main office 110 Nicholoff Way, Cordova Alaska by 4 P.M. local time on
Friday April 4, 2015.
Proposals must be marked Attn: Ivy Patton, Clean Harbor Project: Moveable Antifreeze Waste

‘The project generally consists of, but is not necessarily limited to, the following major items:
Design and construction of a shed at the South Harbor that will be used as an antifreeze deposit
shed and storage area until full at whieh time antifreeze will be recycled and/or backhauled out of
Cordova, The design and construction should take into consideration the Following:
+ Construction should adhere to all federal, state, and local bui
+ Construction shall be completed by June 1,2015
+ A strong, finished structural frame to withstand rain, winds, and snow load
‘+ The exterior of the shed shall be no larger than 8°x8
+ The shed shall be enclosed on three sides with a single piteh roof
+ The shed shall be built so.as to be able to be relocated via forklift
+ Regular consultation with the Tribe and the City of Cordova on design, construction,
location and placement

‘The Contractor shall comply with all applicable Federal civil rights laws and regulations, The
Contractor shall, in all solicitation or advertisements for employees placed by or on the behalf of
the Contractor, state that all applicants will reccive consideration for employment without regard
to sex, race, creed, color, or national origin, and that a preference shall be applied for qualified
Indian applicants. Insurance shall be provided by the successful proposal in the amount of J
