I
have
been
involved
in
the
aquatics
community
since
my
CIF
swimming
career
as
a
student-athlete.
Before
graduating
high
school,
I
was
given
the
opportunity
to
start
my
coaching
during
the
summer
at
a
local
country
club.
I
have
had
the
opportunity
to
coach
athletes
of
all
ages,
ranging
from
four
year
olds
to
college
students.
I
have
designed
practices,
customized
strategies,
and
strengthened
player
motivation
based
on
the
needs
of
my
athletes.
I
have
recently
become
an
official
water
polo
referee
in
order
to
deepen
my
knowledge
of
the
game
and
continue
with
my
continuous
goal
of
professional
development.
I
am
passionate
about
student-athletes.
I
have
helped
lead
my
high
school
womens
team
to
a
CIF
appearance
while
holding
the
third
highest
G.P.A.
in
the
state.
My
dream
is
to
work
with
a
program
where
I
can
help
children
succeed
in
both
the
classroom
and
the
pool.
It
is
my
mission
to
help
every
student
I
have
the
honor
of
working
with
to
realize
their
value,
their
potential,
and
their
ability
to
achieve
their
dreams.
