Develop and manage daily lessons and workout structures for several groups of 5-30 athletes to fill the
allotted two hour time block as efficiently as possible, 2-6 days a week, depending on the season.
Keep athletes on track with their time schedule, ensuring they arrive to their events with enough time to
prepare safely and completely, often for more than one event simultaneously.
Organize competitions and ensure safe, efficient conditions for athletes to compete under.
Treat any injuries that may occur for which I am qualified to provide care, as well as recognize injuries and
illnesses I am not qualified to care for and refer the athlete to a medical professional.
