ADDENDUM NO. 15-008

This Addendum No. 15-008 is issued in response to the queries during the pre-bid conference
conducted on 24 March 2015 for the project Provision of Security Services to UPOU
Headquarters.
Prospective bidders are advised to take note of the following:
1. The administrative cost or agency fee is at least 10% of the total cost excluding the VAT, as
per Department Order No. 18-A. The wage rate will follow PADPAO rates.
2. There is no change in the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), which is PhP
2,870,000.00.
3. Instead of an affidavit of site inspection, UPOU will issue bidders who conduct the site
inspection with a certification of site inspection for inclusion in the technical proposal.
This shall form an integral part of the bid documents for the project for inclusion in the
submission of the technical and financial proposal.
