General Information:

1. The authors are responsible for any copyright related violations.

2. The full paper should be sent in the format attached with this mail. The full paper will be
published in the conference proceedings, if it is accepted for both presentation and publication.
3. Information regarding the manuscripts that are selected for publication in the journals listed in
the website will be intimated to the authors after the completion of the conference.
4. Participants who wish to participate as observers are allowed with a participation fee of
Rs.3000/- (Three thousand rupee). Participation certificate will be given to them.
5. As the accommodation is limited in MANIT, participants are requested to arrange their
accommodation on their own in hotels in Bhopal. The details about the hotels are given in the
conference website http://icimpact.weebly.com/ .
6. Participants will have to make their own arrangements for sightseeing in Bhopal. However,
they may take the help of organizing committee member.
7. Registration Fee includes.
a. Conference kit
b. Hard copy (with ISSN Number) and soft copy (CD) of conference proceedings/ Book
c. Tea/Lunch on all three days of the conference
d. Special Conference Dinner.
8. The weather in Bhopal is pleasant during the conference days and the maximum day
temperature is around 280C and the minimum night temperature is around 150C.
9. In case any of the authors is not willing to participate due to personal reasons, they have
to inform the coordinators at least one month before the conference dates.
10. The author may have to bear the postal charges for getting the hardcopy of conference
proceedings.
