Answer the four statements/questions below. Be sure to number your paper appropriately. Answer
#1-3 in a 7-10 c.s. paragraph using paragraph form. Do you have a topic sentence and ending
opinion? Interesting facts for #4 will be listed separately, not in paragraph form. Conventions
will be graded on your project, so have someone proofread your notes for your mistakes and sign

Discuss two personality traits that helped this person achieve his or her goal(s). Use name of person
in topic sentence.

Make a list of five interesting facts about this person. Each sentence should have at least ten
individual words. This is a list, not a paragraph. These facts should not be a part of any answers
above and should not be copied word-for-word from the book. Please paraphrase your facts. Be sure
to use the persons name in each fact. At the end of each paraphrased fact, put in parentheses the page
number where the original fact was found in the book. Skip a line before writing the next fact.
