providers in Bangladesh. Our schools are from Jr Playgroup
A Levels. We have additional services such as Daycare,
After School Programs & have the facilities to launch
teacher-training, exam training for IELTS etc. We have
ambitions to grow our offerings in the education sector

About Corporate Division
The Corporate Division looks after the commercial &
business activities for the education group. Activities
include Finance, HR, Marketing, Technology, and Business
Development etc. The team is based in our modern state
of the art office in Axis Delvista, Mohammadpur.
Job Details
The General Manager role is to lead the activities of the
Corporate Division. We are looking for an experienced
Manager with sharp business acumen and proven
leadership skills to lead a fast growing team.
Responsibilities
Report directly to Directors and Chairperson
Manage Finance,
HR, Marketing, Technology,
Admissions, Customer Service & Operations team
Provide regular reports and update to Senior
Management
Take
proactive
approach
to
planning
and
implementing business objectives
Preferred qualifications
Detail oriented for high-quality work
Multi-tasking ability
MBA from top tier foreign or local university with
English Medium Background
5-7 years experience in Management, with at least 1
year leading a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated excellence in writing and verbal
communication

 Fluent in English & Bengali

Proficient at using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word,
Powerpoint)
