student, but it is what is best for individual students

1. Gather as much information as possible from the data

a. Keep it evidence based, non-judgemental

3. If judgements or interpretations arise, describe the
evidence upon which they are based

What does the data suggest? What are the assumptions
we make about students and their learning?
1. What does the data say? Why?
2. In what ways is this data connected to our policies,
practices, and procedures here at NEMS?
3. Try to elicit as many different interpretations of the data
