Building a 360 Evaluation

(Self-Evaluation)
We will be discussing four personal attributes in IBC over this semester. Rate yourself on the statements
following each attribute using a scale of one to ten (one being very poorly and ten being outstanding).
Follow the directions to and determine your average score for that attribute.

Acts as a Disciple of Christ

1. I am honest in all my interactions
2. I live by high personal standards, including abiding by all aspects of the Honor Code
3. My priorities show I put God first in my life
4. I am humble, easy to be entreated, and strive to improve
5. I work hard, am diligent in my responsibilities and do my fair share of the work
6. I use appropriate humor and language

2. I perform well in ambiguous situations and dont shut down in loosely defined situations

6. When listening, I try to see things from the other person's point of view, not my own
