1. A message contains important information and is left for someone who was absent when the
information was received.
2. The message should be brief (within 50 words). It is framed in a box as shown below. It should contain:
the information
the date & time at which it is recorded
the name of the person for whom it is meant & the writers name
3. Marking Scheme : Format = 2 marks + Content = 3 marks.
