Troque o leo e seu filtro, utilizando o leo LUB SCHULZ ou LUB SCHULZ SINTTICO.
Vazamento no circuito.
Identifique e corrija.
Presso de operao do compressor abaixo de 3,4 barg (50 psig) por muito
tempo.
Falta de reservatrio.
Parametrizao da interface
Substitua-a.
Estique-as ou troque-as.
Verifique se a unidade compressora e o motor giram livremente. Em caso de anormalidade, substitua as peas necessrias.
Rudo intermitente
na partida - os contatores
parecem no acionar.
Substitua os contatores.
Reveja o dimensionamento dos cabos de alimentao,
observando a distncia da fonte alimentadora (transformador).
Verifique para quanto cai a tenso no comando no momento da partida.
Verifique defasagem de tenses entre as fases.
Verifique se algum fio de comandoest Solto.
Substitua-o.
Drene a gua condensada no tanque pelo menos uma vez por semana.
Nota: aconselhavel drenar a gua com o compressor parado a pelo menos uma hora.

A presso fica muito baixa na
rede de ar.
Estique-a ou troque-a.
Filtro de ar obstrudo.
OBSERVAES: Na situao em que h queda de presso na rede de ar, observe os seguintes detalhes:
- Se a presso indicada no display da Interface eletrnica do compressor est alta e na fbrica muito baixa, o problema perda de carga substancial na rede de ar.
- Se a presso no compressor est baixa e na rede de ar tambm, possvel que o consumo aumentou em funo da instalao de equipamento recente. Neste caso, a demanda necessria de ar superior
a produo.
- Antes de qualquer providncia buscando encontrar as causas no compressor, feche o registro de sada lentamente, at a presso subir bem prxima da mxima de trabalho e verifique a corrente do motor.
- Se o compressor estiver aspirando ar em plena carga e a corrente est bem prxima da nominal provvel que o problema no seja no compressor.

Verifique los referidos componentes y acompaando el diagrama elctrico vea donde est la
interrupcin de la tensin que impide la operacin de conectar. Cambiar la pelicula frontal.
Rearme los disyuntores o cambie los fusibles. La lmpara, panel energizado, debe prender.
Identificar el motivo.
Cmbiela.
Verifique la corriente y el desfase entre fases. Verifique la causa y redimensione los cables si
fuera necesario.
Verifique los fusibles y redimensinelos si es nesesario. Procure la causa del fusible quemado.
Cambie el radiador.
Desmonte la vlvula, estrbela y cambie el anillo oring. Verifique si la vlvula solenoide est
perfecta.
Elimine el escape.
Verifique el consumo de los equipos instalados. Nota: Cuidado con desgaste de inyectores de
chorro de arena (cmbielos si es necesario). Verifique y elimine escapes, principalmente en
rede subterrneas.

Parametrizacin de interface.
Verificar la parametrizao.

Revise el dimensionamiento de los cables de alimentacin, observando la distancia de la
fuente alimentadora (transformador).

Limpie externamente los radiadores y coloque ductos o exhaustores en la sala para retirar el
aire caliente.

ajustes necesarios.

Abra la vlvula de admisin, vea las condiciones de los anillos de vedacin y cmbielos si es

OBSERVACIONES:
En caso de que haya cada de presin en la red, observe los siguientes detalles:
- Si la presin en el display de la interface electrnica del compresor est alta y en la fbrica muy baja, el problema es prdida de carga substancial en la red de aire.
- Si la presin en el compresor est baja y en la red de aire tambin, es posible que el consumo haya aumentado en funcin de la instalacin de equipo reciente. En este caso, la demanda necesaria de aire
es superior a la produccin.
- Antes de cualquier providencia buscando encontrar las causas en el compresor, cierre el registro de salida lentamente, hasta que la presin suba bien prxima de la mxima de trabajo y verifique la corriente del motor.
- Si el compresor est aspirando aire en plena carga y la corriente est bien prxima de la nominal es probable que el problema no sea el compresor.

PROBABLE CAUSE
SOLUTION
Remote mode.
Check control circuit fuses. If theres tension in the control light (if perfect)
must light up.
Check the affected components and following the wiring diagram, find the
loose connection or break. Replace film.
Unlock the button and press reset key in the Electronic Interface
Replace it.
Check current and difference among phases. Check the cause and redesign
cables if necessary.
Check fuses and replace if necessary. Find out why fuse burned.
Check oil level and fill in using air end compressor oil.
Change it.
Cooler leaking.
Change it.
Relief valve stuck open. The compressor does not compress the
network to the total flow. The inlet valve does not open.
Disassemble the valve, unlock it and replace the o-ring. Check if the solenoid
valve is perfect.
Check the air consumption of the equipment installed. Note: Care whit wear
nozzle blasting machine (replace them). Check and eliminate leaks, especially
in underground networks.
Replace it.
Clean it.
Replace it.
Disassembled oil pipes, tank and radiator. Thinner wash air/oil tank and
pipes. Fill radiator whit thinner and leave it there for 12 hours. Later, wash
them whit hot water or steam to completely eliminate thinner residues. Change
separator element and oil filter.
Change oil every 200 hours until oil recovers its original characteristics.
If necessary, a chemical analysis of the oil can be used as follow up.
Replace bearings.
Oil and filter changes in a normal environment is of 1000 hours. If necessary reduce
this interval.
Replace it.

FAILURE DIAGNOSTICS
Return line of air/oil separator element is clogged.
Separator element damaged. (In this case, the separator differential pressure
indicator will show little or no restriction).
Discharge valve closed. (in this case, pressure in the network is very low).
Change network filters is necessary or dryers internal filter (if there is any). Note:
whenever possible, assemble air tank before accessories.
Use of check valve at compressors air outlet. Note: whenever possible assemble check valve after the tank.
Disassemble, clean and replace their valve repair if necessary when you have this
component.
Clear the return line. Replacing the check valve from the return line of the separator
element if necessary.
Use the recommended lubricant oil. Check the oil level with the compressor off.
Iden tify where the noise is located and replace damaged pieces.
Replace it.
Check if the air end and electric motor rotate freely. If abnormal, replace the defective
parts.
Adjust the compressor according to the pressure recommended in your technical data
plate. (Check schedule appended to the Instruction Manual).
Abnormal heating of the electrical cables of the main motor (no change in
current).
Change the position of cables, keeping the same RPM. Check if heat is kept at the
same fhase or accompanied the change of cables. If you have followed the exchange
of cables, the problem is the motor. Otherwise, the problem is electrical network.
Clean radiators externally and install, ducts and fans to withdraw hot air from room.
Drain water condensed on tank at least once a week. Note: Its advisable to keep
compressor non-operating for at least 1 hour before draining the water.
Check drainage of air compressed network drains tanks. Also check minimum pressure
valve and replace its kit if necessary.

EVENTUAL DEFECT
Electric motor

PROBABLE CAUSE
SOLUTION
Check if inlet valve and minimum pressure valve are locked open and carry
out necessary adjustments.
Check if timer is inverting contacts in the set time. Check if coils of contactors K2 and
K3 are in perfect conditions and receiving power.
Voltage drop.
High temperature.
(Compressor may be supplied with temperature sensor that will inform the
Electronic Interface of problem).
System pressure gauge hose is disconnected or leaking (Look for air leakage
noise).
Repair leakage.
REMARKS:
If there is a pressure drop or a low pressure condition in the air network, monitor the compressor operation for the following:
- Before assuming a compressor malfunction, slowly close the discharge valve until closed and observe the length of time required to pressurize the compressor and monitor the motors electrical consumption.
- If the compressor pressurizes normally, and the pressure shown on the display of the compressors Electronic Interface is high and yet the system in the facility remains low when the valve is opened, there
is a in all likelihood a blockage in the system. (i.e. a freezing problem with the refrigerated dryer of a clogged filter) significant air loss in the air network.
- If the pressure in the compressor drops immediately with the opening of the valve and the compressor cannot maintain pressure then there is either a significant air loss in the network (i.e. stuck solenoid
valve in regenerative dryer or faulty float drain in filter) or demand has increased due to a recent equipment installation. In this case, the necessary air demand is higher than production.
- If the compressor is compressing air at full load and the electrical consumption is within normal limits, the problem may not be the compressor itself.
- In any case, if a situation is not resolved through the use of the troubleshooting guide, consult your SCHULZ Authorized - Technical/Distributor.
