    1. Call to Order
    2. Declaration of Pecuniary Interest and the General Nature Thereof:
    3. In Camera Session:
    1) The security of the property and a proposed or pending acquisition or
    disposition of land by the municipality or local board.
    Motion: (move and second)
    That the Joint Board proceeds into a closed session to discuss matters regarding
    the security of the property of the municipality or local board and a proposed or
    pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board. The
    following people to remain in attendance: Holly Morrison, Will Moore, Peter
    Paquette, Troy Unruh and Crystal McPhee
    4. Adjournment:
