GATDULA, NOLI FELIX, RENEE ROSE DELA CRUZ,
FRANCIS BARIS, JOHN FRANCIS GABRIEL, KETTANEH
SIOSON, NATHANIEL CASTILLO, JANELLIE SALVADOR,
JAERO MICAH MACAPAGAL, VIOLETA SIOSON, SHARON
ROSE MATIAS, GRACE SALVADOR, BENJAMIN REYES, JR.,
SIMON MACAPAGAL, and EDITH REYES, all of whom are
residents of Navotas, Metro Manila, after having received
subpoena due on ______, most respectfully pray unto this
Honorable City Prosecutor that they be granted fifteen (15)
days from ______ to file their counter-affidavits and the
affidavits of their witnesses. This motion is premised on the
ground that they are still looking for a counsel of their own
choice to assist them in the above-entitled case.
This motion is not intended to delay the proceedings of
the case.
