Shannon has demonstrated an innate ability to effectively analyze parent/child interactions and
understand child welfare proceedings. Additionally, Shannon has assisted the child welfare
department with organizing schedules to assist with meeting the needs of clients. She is able to
identify with cultures and understands the importance of empathetic responses.
