    All these things are not required....

    Simply plug ur CDR LAN cable to the ADSL modem...Connect the PC to the modem.
    For ex: ur bb modem ip is in 192.168.x.x series and CDR in 10.x.x.x series...
    give the IP address manually in PC as say 192.168.1.10/24 and g/w as 192.168.1.
    1 (for bb)..
    Go to advanced settings---> add IP----> 10.x.x.x & subnet as 255.0.0.0... It wil
    l work..
    Pls take care of the bold part...the subnet must be 255.0.0.0
