Legal Support:

hrough our Legal Consutation Program, an immigration lawyer determines whether immigrants have access
to legal processes to recieve documented
status.

Jail Visit Program:

e visit immmigrants being held in

jails throughout the Capital Region
to ensure their rights are being met.

Education:

e offer public programs on immigration,

as well as public demonstrations/vigils to
raise awareness for/with immigrants.

Advocacy:

n Auguest 2009, we successfully lobbied

the Albany Common Council to pass the
Immigrant Rights Resolution. We Support
Comprehensive Immigration Reform and
maintaining unity among immmigrant
families.
