Thesis: Nature has been an element of Earth since the beginning of time and as
humans as a whole are gravitating towards suburbs and cities they distance
themselves from nature. Nature has proven to be an effective method of uplifting
mood, relieving stress, and also as an alternative form of medicine. Modern day
research has also proven these statements to be true, and surprisingly to be more
effective than anticipated.
Introduction: Introduce the argument at hand and briefly discuss the research
studied. As well as address the increase movement back towards suburbs in cities.
