Principal January/February 2012: Technology, Feb. 2012. Web. 1 March

students development of the four Cs (critical thinking, creativity,
communication, and collaboration). She also explains how there must be a
shift in roles in the class room. By this she means that instead of the
teachers having prime access to technology, students should have prime
access to technology. This gives teachers less work to do and it gives
students more experiences in managing technologies and the internet. Blair

also expresses her though that even if a schools budget does not allow for
such technologies, the principals should make it their highest goal to obtain
them. Blair ultimately believes that providing students with new technologies
will better prepare them for the 21st century, an era of rapid growing
technologies.
