Allison has been running new instruction groups in a small group setting. She is managing time well and is
implementing a variety of techniques to reach each learner. We are already seeing great success and pride in
the students with their 2 digit by 1 digit multiplication that she is teaching them.

acknowledge correct choices.

Because of her main instruction being in a small group setting, she hasn't had as much opportunity to fully
lead the whole class at a time. That is my fault. We will be implementing that on a full scale version on
Monday.
