Activity #1- Train game (1,2)

10:20-

Students lay down on the floor shoulder to shoulder.

Teacher rolls the omnikin ball over top of each
student.
Once the student has the ball rolled over them, they
are to get up and spring to the front of the line and
lay back down before the ball gets to them again.
If the ball touches the floor at any time, they are to
start again.
Objective is to see how many times the ball can get
around the gym. The ball will go faster each time.
Students are to run along their peers feet to avoid
any head injuries.
After the first go-round. Students are to meet
together and plan as a group how they are going to
do this again but with more success.

Activity #2- Circle Chase **may omit for grade 9**

- Have an outer circle of students and a smaller circle
of students inside that circle, all facing the inside.
- 1 student will be inside the gauntlet and sprinting
away from the kin ball that is being pushed around
the circle by their peers.
