Introduction:
This project will generate awareness and promotion for all SGA recognized student
organizations, and other individuals that support the office of Student Activities. The Student
Leaders Recognition Banquet will take place April 7, 2015 at Rastrellis Restaurant. This special
program brings together outstanding student leaders and recognizes their accomplishments. The
evening begins with an elegant meal; next SGA introduces the guest speaker, and concludes with
award recognitions.
Definition
Purpose:
This project will acknowledge SGA student leaders at Ashford University and recognize their
greatest accomplishments over the course of school year.

Scope Statement:
This project will require that I create invitations, design a banquet program, coordinate a guest
speaker, decide on event decorations, order banquet rewards, select the food menu, and more. To
conclude this project, I will generate a foundation for the future Student Recognition Banquets.
This task requires me to compile and summarize the history of the banquet. This project does not
require outside funding from Ashford University.
