It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for Anitra Hampton, Ms. Hampton has been a
Master's intern with our Adult Behavioral Health and Substance Use Disorders Programs for the past four months.
In that capacity, she has assisted with the preparation for a New Jersey, Department of Human Services, facility
licensure review. She has helped review and revise policy and procedures and brought our manual up to date. In that
process, it was clear that she is well organized, professional and able to work independently. Working with materials
that were unfamiliar to her, she asked incisive questions and sought appropriate supervision. As a result of this
thorough preparation she provided, only a few minor deficiencies were found in this biennial review.
Bright, diligent and assertive when needed, she has been a pleasure to work with, and I have little doubt that she
would be a valuable asset in any administrative position she assumes moving forward with her degree.
