Constructivism and Technology


Constructivism is a learning theory that is based in student discovery
learning. In this assignment, you are task with explaining, in your own
words, the tenets of constructivism. Using the list provided below,
select two of the tenets of constructivism and provide an example each
of them in use in the classroom. In addition, provide examples of how
you could use technology to aid in the delivery of the chosen tenets.

2. Conceptual learning is through active involvement
3. Learning is through collaboration with others
4. Learner should have personal autonomy and control over
learning
5. Learning is personal growth
6. Learning outcome is a perspective and an understanding

otherstogetthejobdone.ThenexttenetisLearnershould
havepersonalautonomyandcontroloverlearning.Tome
thismeansthatastudentshouldberesponsiblefortheir
workandshouldknowwhathe/sheisdoingatalltimes.If
astudentisbehindthentheyshouldasktheteacherfor
help.ThenexttenetisLearningispersonalgrowth.Tome
thismeansthatwhenastudentlearnstheyshouldbe
growingintheprocess.Theyshouldtakeinformationthey
havelearnedthatyearandapplyittofurthereducation.The

moneyandthenIwouldputmystudentsinthesituation
wheretheywillbeabletosellproductsandmakemoney.

whatitfeelsliketoputinworkandmaketheirownmoney.
