Good day!
Today is the awarding ceremony of SLSU as the over-all champion wherein there will be an awarding of
the winners of the 1st STRASUC Socio-cultural and Literary Competition at 10 in the morning in the
gymnasium. The said event aims to showcase the talents which include the dancing and singing prowess
of different cultural groups that had been the pride of our university during the 1 st STRASUC Sociocultural and Literary Competition.
The SLSU Chorale had been asked to render song number for the said event. In line with this, we would
like some students from your college who are members of the said group to be excused from their classes
by 8 in the morning onwards today, September 12, 2014.
Attached herewith is the list of students whom we wished to be excused.
