The Agent is authorised to collect the Option to Purchase on my / our behalf.

I/We fully understand that in the event that I/We do not exercise the Option to Purchase,
25% of the Option Fee paid will be forfeited and the balance will be refunded to me/us.
I/We will then return all the relevant documents to the developer for cancellation.

1. The Option to Purchase is not assignable.


2. Any changes such as a) addition/deletion of name(s), b) changes of payment scheme c)
change of unit will not be permitted once the Option to Purchase is granted. The

3. All purchasers must be above 21 years old and must not be ineligible to purchase
private property by virtue of the Housing Development Board Act and the Executive
Condominium Housing Scheme Act.
