Work Centers

We are working on wrapping up If You Give a

Mouse a Cookie. We have been working on many
skills associated with the book including; counting,
sequencing, word identification and many others.
These are all skills you can practice with any book.
Have your child predict what might come next, ask
who/what questions, or have them point out words
or letters they know.
For the next month of school we will be talking
about the community we live in and learning about
community members and their jobs. On May 7th we
are fortunate to have a St. Clair Police Officer come
into the room to talk about their job. If you could
please send in a picture of your house for students to
use and place on their own community maps.
