She has a strong passion for helping each student be successful Christine will be a successful teacher and teacher leader. Charles W. Pickitt UTD Field Supervisor Miss Liou is an extremely effective teacher. The students respect her and want to perform well. She has grown a great deal in her ability to engage all students, manage classroom behavior and raise the level of students who choose to attend tutoring. She has implemented numerous new options into the classroom such as reflective test corrections (during tutoring), project based leaming, and gallery walks. She has taken on classes from other teachers as practice and exposure and they only have excellent things to say and have implemented some of her teaching strategies into their own classroom. | also appreciate that she is always reflecting on the lessons and how the classes went each day and makes modifications as needed. She takes all suggestions and criticism and struggles as a learning opportunity and has grown from a fine teacher into a great teacher. | can only hope to work directly with her in the years to come.
