I am Jean Paul Beard, I am 26 years old, I am from Tunja, I live in the Suamox
neighborhood at transversal 0B #69 A10. I work as system administrator at the
medical clinic Asorsalud SM. My telephone number is 321 435 7527.

Through the last years I realized that sports and healthy habits are really important
for developping my daily routine with excelent results and benefits. This benefits
are for example: A body free of toxins, the different organs as heart and brain work
better, there is more oxygen in the blood, which make the person able to be more
active during the day.

I have a routine with healthy habits that I am going to explain next: As my first
activity in the day I go for a walk in the morning, it last aproximately 40 minutes.
Then, as a breakfast I prepare a fruit mix and granola. After that, I ride my bike for
going to work. It last about 20 minutes. Also during weekends I practice mountain
cycling with my friends, usually we go to towns that are near, it is ascending in the
main roads, then we descend through the hills. The route is about 25 to 40 kms,
and it last since 1 to 3 hours.

As you noticed, my favorite sport is cycling which I practice every day, some days
with more intensity than others. As I said before, thanks to this routine my body and
mind are in a perfect harmony which let me have a peaceful and healthy life.
