Dave has experienced phenomenal growth during his placement. His lessons have become very dynamic
and engaging. He responds well to constructive feedback and implements the changes in his next lesson. His
lesson plans are well developed and organized. His knowledge of the subject matter is vast. Dave takes
risks and delivers lessons in a variety of styles. Dave cares about his students. He does his very best to
reach all his students. Dave has developed positive relationships with students and colleagues. Dave
responds to challenges with a positive attitude. He has used a variety of classroom management techniques
to keep all students on task. Dave is a very hard worker. He has taken the initiative to get involved in the
school community. He has volunteered everyday in the schools Breakfast Program. He has also
volunteered with the Badminton Club and the Weight Training Club. Dave is a valued member of the school
community. I believe, without a doubt that Dave will have a positive impact in any school community that has
the good fortune to have him on staff.
