Outline of Potential Taping and Wrapping Techniques
Athletic Training Taping and Wrapping Techniques: The Basics

During my four years of undergrad, I learned a variety of taping and wrapping techniques
that can be used to help treat, manage, and prevent athletic injuries that occur within the
collegiate level of athletics. Below is a list of taping and wrapping techniques that may be used
within my instructional program, Athletic Training Taping and Wrapping Techniques: The Basic.
