    The Clackamas County Board of Commissioners staff meeting notes discuss updates on ballot measures M66 and M67. The measures have been diluted after review by the Secretary of State.     Work Sessions:
    MJC, DH, KB, E. Gertler, D. Cowan, D. McClain, G. Schmidt, D. Bramel, NN, S.
    Lounsbury, Steve Morrison

    T. Morland & G. Schmidt joined BCC for update on M66 & 67 mailing. 1st & 2nd draft –
    back from Sec of State – much diluted. AL issue – since it doesn’t say much – worth the
    expenditure? Resolution instead? BA suggest columns – yes & no. LP noted
    suggestion of letter of thanks to Peter Courtney. JB reported that Dave Hunt came to
    AOC. CL suggest get feedback from Sec of State – then try columns. Get record/email
    that written ok as educational. Need to drop by 1/5. Send to those that voted in last
    election. Discussed again later. Word from Sec of State – can’t do isolated mailing.
    Need to go to every household - $60K. CL suggest every voter household. LP to draft
    ltr to Dave Hunt & Peter Courtney to thank them for help on M66/67.
