She was assigned a fifth grade and second grade for her experiences in student teaching. | have watched her continually grow over this period of time. ‘She has written excellent lesson plans, which always covered the standards of learning. Her professional knowledge has increased to include higher level thinking objectives and questioning. Her instructional delivery has included many lessons using hands on materials, instructional technology, and various assessment techniques. She has provided differentiation instruction for those needing additional assistance. All assignments have been turned in on time, and she has worked well with her co-operating teachers. She has made progress with learning about discipline strategies and arranging the classroom for effective learning.
