1Perform upload test. The upload throughput can only reach around 2.5Mbps.
2Check the UE capability. By using the UE trace, read the RRC_Connect_Setup_CMP
message and confirm it is E-DCH CAT6 UE
3Check the SIM HLR by reading RAB_Assignment_Req message (Pic 2)and confirm
it is activated with 5.76Mbps bit rate

4Open the RB_Setup Message. It is found that RNC only assigned E-DPDCH SF2x2.
It is the cause of failure to achieve 5.76M
5Check the license and confirm HSUPA 5.76, EDCH 2ms TTI is configurated. Besies,
CE is sufficient.
6 Check the RNCs CORRMALGOSWITCH parameters, HSUPA 2ms TTI switch is
activated.
7 However, there is an additional requirement for HSUPA5.76 is SRB over E-DCH

activated. Check the RNCs FRCCHLTYPEPARA parameter. It is found SRB is still on

DCH. Change to SRB over HSPA and the problem solved. RNC can use SF2x2andSF4x2.
