Within the UK our C&I group are seeking to increase our team with
Graduate C&I engineers to work on detailed design and FEED
projects. Our work is diverse across a number of industries including
oil & gas, refining, petrochemicals, power, water, defence and
mining/minerals.
Increased workload from new projects wins mean we are looking to
recruit the right calibre of person to get involved in our interesting
and challenging projects. Initially the role will involve work in the
power/water industries or oil refinery/gas revamp projects.
The successful person will become part of a respected and
ambitious company with excellent career prospects and
international opportunities.
Primary Job Responsibilities
As a Graduate Control and Instrumentation Engineer you will be
working on Detailed design and FEED projects associated with our
Winnersh office, located between Reading and Wokingham.
Responsibilities include:

Completing 8 corporate graduate modules in the first two


years.
Completing a minimum of 18 core C+I training modules
primarily through on the job training. This is to prepare the
graduate engineer to submit an application to the Institute of
Measurement Control to become a Chartered or
Incorporated Engineer.
Liaising with clients and other design team members
Maintaining technical quality to schedule
Develop and maintaining excellent client relationships
Support business development initiatives

Training and Experience


Essential:

Degree qualified engineer. BSE in Control and


Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering minimum
requirement.

Desirable:

MSE Control and Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering


preferred.
