TNM Holdings Sdn. Bhd. Human Resource Manager / Administrator has the responsibility for the
Human resources, Administration, Training, Medical and Transport facilities for the staff. He / she shall
liaise with Directors on TNMs company policy.

KEY FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monthly payroll, including statutory payments to KWSP, SOCSO, LHDN, and PPZ.
Sound knowledge in Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act.
Vetting and verifying staff monthly claims.
Employees and Management travelling arrangements.
Recruitment job advertisements, conducting interviews, and background checks.
Compensation & benefit recommendations.
Preparation of employment letters, contract, confirmation letters, warning letters, resignation

accepting letters, increment & bonus letters.


New employees induction.
Employees discipline dealing, handling and resolving of disciplinary cases, conflicts,

feedback and complaints.


Attendance management.
Prepare and execute employees training plan & analysis.
Manage and carry out yearly employees appraisals.
Facilities management upkeep of office equipment.
Replenishing of office/pantry sundries, and stationaries.
Liaising with outsourced IT Vendor on General IT maintenance.
Renewal of membership MEF. MOF, CIDB, etc.
Other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.
