Step 3: Write the desired outcome and the current reality on your chart and simultaneously
visualize it in your mind.
Visualize your desired outcome at the same time you become aware of your current location on the chart.
As you focus on the desired outcome for some aspect of your health (and life) and know where you currently
are, it creates a generative momentum toward that goal.
Step 4: Write down action steps or secondary choices that support your primary vision or goal.
As you hold the tension between your desired outcome and your current reality in relation to that outcome,
write down all the action steps that will move you toward that goal.
Step 5: Write down due dates that quantify when you will reach the different action steps
or secondary choices that support your primary choice or desired outcome.

The cycle starts by developing a clear understanding of the principle, secondary choice, or
action steps and then starting the action. You then review the results to make sure the actions are moving you toward your desired health outcomes. You then make the neccessary
corrections and repeat the action steps.
