Dear Manager I am writing to you a summery on the brief given by the company
iCareers which are a employee agency who put people into potential job roles at
other company's, prospective employees and potential employees, they need to
maintain client data, have good communication systems, also provide both types of
customers with relevant information, but the company has recently encountered some
technical difficulties.

The CEOs machine had developed a fault and they are unable to log-on to it. How I
will approach this problem is by making sure that there are no loose wires or and
components are not plugged in properly and no components have broke or got
damaged.

Prior to this there optical drive had developed a fault and it was not possible to read
any data from its optical drive. I will address this problem by mankind sure the
optical drive is plugged into the motherboard and that the SATA cable is not
unplugged or loose.

The CEO is unhappy with the time it takes for his machine to boot-up, open
applications and complete jobs. He would like to improve this performance, I will
address this problem by removing all the unnecessary files from his computer and it
is still not quicker I will buy a SSD and place his operating system onto it.

They now want to be able to scan hand-written documents into there computer
database. I will address this problem by ordering a scanner which can connect to
the users computer.

They want to expand geographically and therefore need to upgrade our ability to
communicate to allow use of the internet for communications via e-mail and the
establishment of a web-site. The CEO has commissioned a third-party company to
install Ethernet cabling throughout the offices and to connect the cabling to a switch
and router. I will address this by informing the CEO to use Google Docs.

they want to be able to copy data from one optical disc to another to allow data to be
transferred to clients without excess paperwork. If the upgrades to the CEOs system
are successful then other machines will be upgraded in due course. I will address
this problem by copying the information from one disk and putting it onto a computer
then I would write the information onto another optical disk.

The buget is 500 for all the hardware and software, and we have a timeframe until
the 20th of June.

the cables are plugged in I will check the router or the switch to see if all the wires are connected properly and if so I ill get a

Firstly I am going to look at the CEO computer and see if there are and loose wires,if so I will plug them in and
see if it works then if the wire is broke I will order a new one so the user can connect to the server and log onto it
