Ingredients: 350g chicken wings season in 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1/4 cup cornstarch, for dredging 1/2 cup cornstarch combined with 1/2 cup cold water Sauce: 1 pack QNE Sweet & Sour Sauce 1/2 cup water Procedure: Season chicken with salt & pepper. Dredge in cornstarch then dip in cornstarch batter. Deep fry in hot oil for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside to cool. Combine sauce ingredients in a pan and allow to simmer. Set aside. Deep fry the previously cooked chicken for another 5 minutes.
Drain and coat with sweet & sour sauce in a mixing bowl.
