Terms and Conditions:
Client acknowledges receipt of a copy of this agreement and that the terms and conditions continued on this agreement are
incorporated herein and by reference made a part here of.
Cancellations: You, the client, may cancel this agreement 72 hours before the date of the event.
After a Client has signed and paid on the contract: cancelling of the event date will affect the deposit amount that is NOT refundable
to the client after the contract. Cancelling within anytime of the event date will also affect the deposit amount NOT refunded to the
client.
Changes to the event date will also cancel the agreement of the contract with the deposit amount NOT refunded to the client.
Changes to the date of your event must be approved and e-mailed as well and confirmed by djsamir
Responsibility of client: All requests of important music/songs must be e-mailed to DJ with subject to the date of clients event. Any
special song requests MUST BE e-mailed to DJ 1 weeks prior to date of event with a reply back from Dj by e-mail that he has
received your e-mail.
Any damaged to ANY equipment of sound, lighting, wireless microphone due to client party mishandling or accidents of equipment
will be 100% clients responsibility of full value, and must be paid to Dj within 30 days of accident.
Client must allow for Max 3 hours and Min 1 hour of set up time before and Max 2 hours and Min 1 hour break-down time after the
actual event invite time and is subject to change depend upon the size of the event and system requirement
Any Extra Charges from the venue, power usage, drop-box / black box, etc., use of locations, parking; will be provided by the client.
Client is responsible for fulfillment of deposit amount by check mailed or transferred to given address or account with a signed copy
emailed
Client is responsible for paying the Dj for the service by time end of the event date, any late payment after will be extra $100 per
day/ 24 hours from the end time of your event.
All checks are payable to DJ.
In any case if Dj is not able to DJ or Set up sound/light or be there for any reason he will be responsible to provide a DJ with the same
understanding of music, sound set up, and lighting that is in this contract.
