AFFIDAVIT OF COMPLAINT
The UNDERSIGNED, Ms. Rowena Doran, accuses Mr. Jomel Abad, of No. 432,
Bonifacio Street, Quiapo, Makati, committed as follows, to wit:
That on or about March 10, 2015, at about 1 oclock in the morning, at
Warehouse No. 8, Doran Compound, Angeles City, Pampanga, Philippines, the said
accused did then and there willfully, unlawfully, feloniously, committed the crime of
arson, upon the undersigned directly by overt acts to wit:
At about 1am of March 10, 2016, the defendant pulled out all of his
motorcycle inventory stock from a warehouse. He then poured gasoline all over
the warehouse and set it ablaze.
The said warehouse was owned by Rowena Doran. The warehouse is
particularly identified as Warehouse No. 8, located at Doran Compound, Pulung
Maragul, Angeles City, Pampanga, and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title
No. 12345 (M) issued by the Registry of Deeds for Angeles City, copy of which is
hereto attached and made an integral part hereof as Annex A;
Furthermore, the aforesaid warehouse was leased to the defendant since
year 2010, as shown by the Contract of Lease executed by Rowena Doran and
the defendant, copy of which is hereto attached and made an integral part hereof
as Annex B;
Unknown to the defendant, the plaintiff, who was a nearby resident,
witnessed everything that he did. The plaintiff immediately reported the matter to
the police, and the latter immediately called the fire station.
The said fire was controlled and put off only about 6 hours later by the
efforts of the different fire brigades which responded to a call for assistance.
The plaintiff is executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing and in
support of Ms. Doran's claim of the said warehouse/building.

The undersigned executed this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing
facts and to support the filing of Criminal Case against Mr. Jomel Abad for committing
the crime of arson.
