a. As the committee in team building I get new experience as the trainer, how to manage people, how to
run the event and how to manage my emotion while during the event there was a trouble.
b. At this week one of the significant knowledge am I learned about time management during the working
hours.

C. Describe problems or challenges encountered during the week and how you resolved/minimized them
In this week my biggest challenge is when I am become a committee in team building that is my new
experience as the committee for one company and leads one of the session. The session that I lead is in
maze post, I help my supervisor to make this game run very well and havent get some problem. I manage
the participant, tell how to play that game, and also as the time keeper for all of the game. Even though I
little bit get nervous and not confident while talk in front all of the participant, I try to keep smile and look
straight to the participant to make me more confident while I tell how to did that maze game.
