SHOP RENT LETTER

1. Sri,U.Uma Sankar ,s/o U.Venkateswarulu , (Party of the First part)

2. Sri.Sd.Irshad Ahamed , s/o Sd.Nazeer Ahamed , ( Party of Second Part )

Whereas the party of the 2nd part intends to do this business in sales of Electronics
and Home Appliances under the name and style of K.G.N Enterprises, shop no 14,
K.A.C Plaza, Achari Street, Nellore, SPSR Nellore Dist, and requested the party of
the 1st part to give the premises for rent , which the party of the 1 st part accepted
and agreed to give the premises at shop no 14, K.A.C Plaza, Achari Street,
Nellore,SPSR Nellore Dist , to the party of the 2nd part on a month rent of Rs.
1500/- for a period of 1 year.

The party of the 2nd part shall pay the month rent regularly to the party of the 1st
part with in the 5th day of every succeeding month.

Under the terms and conditions, the Shop Rent letter being executed as the date,
month and the year above mentioned.
