PENTUNJUK PENGISIAN
Bapak Bapak dan Ibu- Ibu yang terhormat, kuisioner ini terdiri dari
beberapa pertanyaan yang dimaksud untuk mendapatkan persepsi faktor-faktor
pendukung keberhasilan implementasi ERP- Ellipse dan dampaknya terhadap
individual pemakainya serta dampak secara organisasional di PID dan MSD.
Kerja sama Bapak-Bapak dan Ibu-Ibu sekalian untuk mengisi pertanyaan
dengan jujur sangat saya hargai. Harapannya dari jawaban jawaban yang diberikan
dapat diolah dan didefinisikan, sehingga tingkat kesuksesan penerapan ERP- Ellipse
PID dan MSD dapat diukur dengan baik. Dari pengukuran ini diharapkan dapat
dipergunakan sebagai bahan pijakan perbaikan atau improvement penerapan Eliips di

Frekuensi pengunaan ellips atau anda bekerja dengan


ellips sangat tinggi. Transaksi kerja atau memberikan
perintah kerja anda selalu menggunakan ellipse,
seperti ada selalu menerbitkan ILS, anda tidak lagi
menggunakan Paper Work Request.
Jumlah laporan yang bisa didapat dari ellipse cukup
lengkap. Ellipse dapat memberikan anda laporan yang
lengkap, seperti: data produksi, manpower utilisasi,
backlog, MTBS unit dll.
Fitur Fitur dan fasilitas yang disediakan oleh Ellipse
terutilisasi dengan maksimal termasuk fungsi fungsi
