Programming Statement
The hotel we are designing will attract guests by
featuring a rooftop bar, conference rooms, retail shop, exercise
room, and an exciting style, and design. The space will be
filled with lots of natural light, and free forming curves that will
guide guests throughout the hotel. The finished design will
attract guests who are visiting Greenville for specific events,
such as weddings, graduation, sporting events, tourism, and
more. There will also be spaces to use for trustee meetings,
chancellor meetings, or any ECU meetings as needed. We plan
to create both a beautiful place for guests to lay their heads,
and a prosperous business for our client.

Design Concept
The concept for this hotel will be a modern hotel with an abundance of
natural light, and pops of color that will bring attention and excite the
guests.
Free forming curves will be featured throughout the space which will
help lead people through the hotel.
Light and neutral colors with bright accent colors will define each
different space.
