Distributing the students in the class is the important strategies the teacher
should care for because sitting can affect the plan of how the class will work.
What I observed in my class ; they students are sitting by lines from the first day
I entered until the last day . they only made a group when my MCT came to observe
me .
This type of sitting has both ( positive & negative) sides that effect students and
teacher
Teacher think if they will sit by line they will not talk and she will avoid noise in
her class. But Its wrong because there are many strategies to control the
misbehaviors in the classroom such as ( rewards , marks , standing , punishment
) Also the good teacher can deal with each problem in her classroom even its
big or small.
If the positive sides are more important and helped the course process she must do
it and think for different strategies to manage the talking at the class for example
some of the positives are :

Firstly, students need to cooperate and share some answers. They need to help each
other. Secondly, some activities need to be done by the group and they are not
learning by doing. Some math items need to be touch and thats very important to
help them because math is not visual process. Thirdly, changing their sitting
arraignment ( U sitting , lines , groups , pairs ) from time to time will break the usual
routine and they will be motivate and not boring. Because if the student became
board he will misbehave.
Learning by doing for younger learner is very important to them and for the teacher
because she will know more if they understand and she will notice who is not
understand because the level is different from one to other .
