The potential customer is practically anyone who
uses earphones.
Another potential customer are swimmers, as our
earphones are waterproof.

In the survey that we did, there were 22 people
who said they had the same problem as this, and
there were 6 people who said they didnt.

BASIC RESEARCH
There is already a solution, which is retractable
earphones, although this solution wasnt very
popular. These retractable earphones cost about $20.

SOLUTION
The solution that we came up with was Bluetooth
earphones.

SURVEY FEEDBACK
103 people have this problem. 34 people dont.
51 of them are male, 88 are female and 8 are
unknown.
Most were between the age of 1 and 17, or 25 and
34.
96 people would definitely buy wireless earphones
if we made them. 31 people said maybe and 20 said
they wouldnt buy them.
66 people would buy them for $20, 55 for $50, and
22 for $100.

DOUBTS
It may look like a hearing aid.
It may look weird.
It may not have very good sound.
Some phones dont work with Bluetooth.

REVISED PROBLEM
The revised problem is earphones always getting
tangled.

REVISED SOLUTION
The revised solution is either Bluetooth earphones
or retractable earphones.

REVISED CUSTOMER SEGMENT


The main age group of customers is 1-17 year olds.
Some other age ranges that we could target are 1824, 25-34 and 35-44.
The main price will be around $20-$50.

USP-QUALITY
The good thing about our product is that our
earphones do not tangle.

CHANNELS TO
MARKET
We will have a website and sell our product in the
shops.
The main shops we will try and sell in are
electronic shops like JB-HiFi, or Dick Smith and
shops like that.

KEY METRICS
They do not tangle under any circumstances.

SWOT ANALYSIS
The strengths of our product is that its convenient that they
dont tangle.
Our weaknesses are that they may look weird or like a
hearing aid, which may discourage people from buying them.
Our opportunities are that you will get tangle free
headphones.
Our threats are that they already have wireless headphones
out.

COST STRUCTURE
This is research we still need to do.

REVENUE STREAMS
It should cost about $50-$75 to sell.

Some of the competitors are the wireless
headphones and retractable headphones.
