Continue to strive for more sophistication in brush skills by using
techniques learned in earlier years.
Continue working with tempera paint or tempera paint thickened with
additives, such as liquid laundry starch, fabric softener, wallpaper paste
and water colour, and be introduced to acrylic.

1. Create criteria for painting ceiling tiles (SLO 3.C)
2. Create multiple designs for a ceiling tile (SLO 3.D)
3. Use outside influences as inspiration for original artwork (SLO 10(i).A)
4. Work with tempera paint (SLO 10(iii).B.1)
5. Improve painting skills, including brush techniques and attention to detail (SLO 10(iii).B.2)
6. Design a personal signature (SLO 7.E)

They must be simple designs; I dont want you to paint people
because they will take too long.
You must draw at least four example designs beforehand and
select your favourite one from them.
You may use laptops to pick designs.
