DREDGING SYSTEM IN COAL BUNKER

ABSTRACT
Coal is a combustible, sedimentary, organic rock, which is composed mainly of
carbon, hydrogen and oxygen.It is formed from vegetation, which has been consolidated
between other rock strata and altered by the combined effects of pressure and heat over
millions of years to form coal seams. Coal flow failure is now regarded as one of the most
important power stasion problems yet to be solved. The main problem of the coal bunker
in use is blockage. The accident of blockage has been reduced substantially through
improving design of the coal bunkers structure, whereas such incident cannot be avoided
completely only by improving the structure of coal bunker.
Dredging system for the coal bunker is design to solve the blockage problem, which
can help optimizing of the other equipment that already used in coal fire power plant.
This equipment method borrows ideas from air cannon dredging technology. The
structure of dredging system for the coal bunker is simple and the equipment is high
adaptability and safety.
