    Ethical Belief Statement
    As a school leader, I agree to abide by a code of ethics in order to best serve the students,
    parents, staff and community where I work. The ethical code I agree to follow is as follows:
    1)

    I will put students and their learning first in the decisions that I make.

    2)

    I will obey all laws that are in place at the local, state and national levels.

    3)

    I will strive to be a servant leader by serving others before myself.

    4)

    I will not use my position for personal gain.

    5)

    I will work to hold high standards for my school, and seek to improve the school through
    effective professional development.

    6)

    I will respect and protect others rights by following due process.
